The Services include this website and the following applications operated by Vantage Project Solution:

• VantageCS — Confined Space Inspections
• VantagePoW — Programme of Work

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, authorised by your employer to use the Services for workplace documentation and management purposes.

3. The Services

Vantage Project Solution provides software tools for project management, site management, confined space inspections, and programme of work coordination.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on this website.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a review.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all data, files, photos, and content you create or upload through the Services (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Vantage Project Solution or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms
